Who is Club S.P.O.R.T.
Club S.P.O.R.T. (Safety Practiced On Riding Trails)

We are a local club and members of the Iowa OHV Association who was voted Club of the Year in 2004.

We currently have300 acres of trails to ride.

We have a campground with electricity, running water and a dump station.

We meet every 3rd Thursday of the month starting at 7:00 P.M.

We are focused on providing a safe environment as well as a safe place to ride.

We are working with the State, DNR and the local Police Department in promoting and providing SAFETY.

Club S.P.O.R.T. (Safety Practiced On Riding Trails) was formed in 2004 by some local people and businesses with the idea of giving people a place to ride in Tama County and was voted club of the year in 2004. In August of 2005 this idea became a reality and the Tama County OHV Park was born. In the summer of 2006 the club built a public campground located adjacent to the park with running water and electricity. In August of 2008 a dump station was built.

Being a member of CLUB S.P.O.R.T. means that you have the opportunity to share the love of this great sport with friends old and new whom love it as much as you. As a member we will keep informed of what is going on with in the club as well as what activities are going on with other clubs in the state. Club meetings are held once a month and this gives you the opportunity to express ideas, concerns and suggestions in help making the club a better club. Being a member gives you the opportunity to participate in parades, go on club rides and make a positive impact on a sport that growing daily for all ages.

Our club in sponsored by many local businesses, DNR, Tama Paperboard and The City of Tama who support, not only the club but this great sport. Maintaining the park is up to all of us and for all those who are willing to lend a hand there is plenty of work to do in our park, from trail maintenance, lawn mowing, brush cutting, to designing and building tracks. We encourage you, as a member to join the IOHV, by doing this you support us on a state level to help with new laws and legislation.
